Full Wedding Planning Package
- Up to 30 hours between day-of and planning
- Contact via E-mail or Cell phone
- Regular update meetings
- Complete vendor referrals
- Complete wedding design and style
- Scheduling and attendance at vendor appointments
- Complete contract reviewing
- Hotel arrangements as needed
- Rehearsal dinner advise and coordination as needed
- Assistance with invitations, favors, and centerpieces as needed
- Etiquette advice and consultation as needed
- Budget Management as needed
- Visit to both ceremony and reception sites (if in different locations) prior to wedding
- Detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
- Detailed seating chart using our event seating software
- Follow-up calls to all vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day
- On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception on the day of your wedding
Partial Wedding Planning Package
- Up to 15 hours between day-of and planning
- Contact via e-mail or phone
- Regular update meetings
- Consultation and advise as needed
- Vendor referrals as needed
- Attendance at up to 3 vendor appointments
- Complete contract review
- Detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
- Detailed seating chart using our event seating software
- On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception on the day of your wedding
Day-of Wedding Coordination Package
- 2 hour consultation 2-4 weeks before wedding day
- Detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
- Up to 5 hours of on-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception on the day of your wedding
*Set-up / clean up services are also available. Prices vary depending on your event. Please ask our consultant for more information and pricing.
*We can hand make any invitation, centerpiece, or favor for your event (which is usually much more cost effective) for a very affordable price! Please ask our consultant for pricing and information.
